intentions, stress, anxiety, absenteeism, burnout, and retaliatory behaviors,
while positive leadership has been shown to correlate with better organizational
outcomes like job satisfaction, performance, psychological well-being, and
creativity. Leaders set the tone for their teams or organizations. While bad
leadership saps and demoralizes workers, positive leadership empowers and energizes
them.
The article offers guidance on how to communicate
with staff members in a constructive manner. The qualities of genuine positive
leadership include treating everyone with respect and integrity, finding and
sharing humor, focusing on strengths, creating a culture of celebration,

that can be attained by anybody.
Opinion
I could not agree more with this article because I
believe that one of the most important skills for a leader is to be positive this
attitude is contagious and also is a source of inspiration for the team
members. I remember when I entered my first job after I finished my studies at
the university. The manager exemplified a positive leadership style seeing the
glass as half full rather than half empty I learned many things from him that
define me nowadays as a leader.
