Leaders that I admire

 Dwight D. Eisenhower

Dwight D. Eisenhower is one of the most important characters in American history. He had a set of ideals, beliefs, and deeds. As the 34th President of the United States and a military leader who highlight in the second world war, Eisenhower had excellent leadership qualities, which inspire people today.

Eisenhower's had a strong sense of duty and service. Throughout his military career, he demonstrated a dedication to his country by putting the interests of the nation before personal benefit. During his presidency, Eisenhower supported democratic values and put the needs of the American people first.

 

Xi Jinping

Xi Jinping is the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China and the current President of China. He has demonstrated a number of admirable principles, beliefs, and behaviors. His principal achievements were economic growth, eradicating poverty, and advancing society which has improved the prospects and living conditions of millions of Chinese residents. That is why China is the second economic power in the world.

Xi Jinping's leadership style is characterized as powerful and strong. He has a strong power centralization, which is essential for an efficient government and decision-making. I am impressed by his ability to enact policy adjustments, combat corruption, and establish China's stance on the international scene.

 

 

Alejandro the Great

 Alexander the Great is a historical character who inspired admiration for his extraordinary morals, convictions, and actions. He had a reputation as the greatest military leader in history at the same level as Napoleon or Gengis Kan.

He demonstrated effective leadership by setting a good example and inspiring loyalty. Because of his own bravery and readiness to share their dangers and hardships, he earned the respect and admiration of his men. Despite being born into an aristocratic family, Alexander developed close relationships with his soldiers, which enabled him to build an army that was devoted and cohesive and that won impressive victories.
